In this version, Cognac from the Charente vines meets Amaro made from spices, botanicals and bitter and sweet oranges from Sicily to become one.


Tasting Notes

  • The bitter orange notes, licorice, and sweet spices such as cinnamon and cumin in the amarose profile blend harmoniously with the woody, vanilla, and roasted notes of the Cognac aging in oak barrels.

Tasting tips

Limoncello and Calvados can be enjoyed with or without ice depending on personal preferences.

In a coupette glass:

  • 40mL Gallicus #
  • 20mL white vermouth
  • 10mL Gentian Liqueur
  • 2 dashes cane sugar syrup

Shake all the ingredients in a mixing glass, strain into the glass and add the orange zest.
