  • The grappa reveals all its flavors and intensity on the palate. The finish is long on spices (nutmeg, cinnamon) and genepi.

GALLICUS MARGARITA

In an “old fashion” glass
with a big ice cube:

  • 40mL Gallicus #
  • 15mL fresh lemon juice
  • 10mL cane sugar syrup
  • Cider

Shake all the ingredients apart from the cider, double strain into the glass and top up with the cider. Decorate with a fan of apple slices.
